Ann wished to ensure that she continued with her life in as normal a way as she possibly could. She worked on at the Chinnor library for a few months. Attended local interest groups and meetings. Helped plan and organise Victoria's wedding. Contributed and participated in medical projects to aid MND research. Travelled British Columbia, Canada, for three weeks with Roger and immensely enjoyed the fantastic scenery. Ann, Roger, Victoria, and Sarah, then all travelled to Lapland, to the very top of Norway for a magnificant holiday, where we were all lucky enough to witness the northern lights on three nights, each time for many hours. She was always very brave and had many laughs with those who helped care for her, particularly with Roger and Yvonne Voss, but also with friends Ann W, Andrea, Margaret, Pete and Jane, and Linda.
